In his efforts to dominate the sports business, Daniel bought the Israeli soccer team "Maccabi-Haifa" in 2000. The manager of the group, Yael Breitman, has prepared a special cake for the event. Daniel took a knife and split the soccer ball in two, indicating that he wished to destroy the entire soccer club. He was succesful, as always - the group never made it to the Israeli soccer championship.
